What the role is

Some of the practical activities of the role include:

  • Supervision and management geotechnical site investigations
  • Organise and field investigation works and manage subcontractors
  • Problem solve difficult geology by using analyses programs, working on projects such as landslides; hazards risk assessments; rock and anchor design;
  • Adhere to relevant Work Health and Safety requirements;

Training and Development

  • Broad exposure across entire project life cycle
  • Direct access to highly technical Senior Engineers
  • Ongoing professional development courses

About You

Bachelor’s degree in

  • Engineering – Civil, Geotechnical, Environmental
  • Sciences – Laboratory Technology, Geology, Environmental, Groundwater

Other Criteria

  • Australian driver’s licence
  • Enjoy working onsite and in the office
  • Interest in continued learning and building your career in the geotechnical/environmental / groundwater and earthworks in the civil field
