Guy is the National Health, Safety and Environment Manager for Douglas Partners. He holds professional qualifications in Occupational Health and Safety, Human Resources and Training and Assessing. Guy is a results-orientated, skilled professional with more than 20 years of expertise in developing and implementing world-class Integrated Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental (QHSE) Management Systems. Successfully championed best practice safety and continuous improvement projects and programs for operations in Australia, APAC, PNG, and the US. Considerable working knowledge of the latest safety regulations and standards. Guy proactively builds relationships with all levels of the business to ensure leadership, management and workforce embrace ‘safety-first’ as the norm. Skilled in emergency response planning including incident management and business continuity. Recognised for building high-performance teams whilst nurturing and developing future talent.
