Alexander Hanna is an Associate Geotechnical Engineer with over 9 years of consulting experience. He completed a Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) from the University of New South Wales in 2015 and is a member of Engineers Australia.
Since joining Douglas’ Sydney branch in 2018, he has worked throughout NSW on a range of residential, commercial, health, education and infrastructure projects including medium to high rise buildings, deep excavations, largescale earthworks, residential
subdivisions, bridges and heavy-duty pavement reconstructions.
Alexander is also currently the Branch Manager of Douglas’Northwest Sydney Branch. Alexander has broad experience in geotechnical engineering, including numerous geotechnical, groundwater, salinity and pavement investigations, geotechnical design, numerical modelling
and construction phase services.
He enjoys working with clients to achieve positive outcomes, especially on projects with challenges such as difficult access, complex ground conditions and unique technical objectives.
