Dan Reaveley is a Principal of Douglas Partners with 19 years’ experience as a consultant in geotechnical engineering. He is currently the Branch Manager of our WA office in Perth. Dan commenced working for Douglas Partners in Douglas Partners’s Townsville office in 2004, before relocating to the Perth branch in late 2005. Since joining Douglas Partners, he has gained experience on a diverse range of geotechnical and environmental projects and is a Chartered Professional Engineer in the areas of Civil and Geotechnical Engineering.
Dan has a comprehensive knowledge of geotechnical site investigation work and has undertaken project work throughout Northern Queensland and Western Australia at locations ranging from inner city high-rise developments to mine sites, subsea pipelines and remote regional communities. He is responsible for the tendering, planning, analysis and reporting of geotechnical projects including large scale residential and industrial subdivisions, renewable energy projects, subgrade assessments and pavement design, civil infrastructure, pipelines and defence sites.
Dan has significant consulting experience in project management, interpretation of geotechnical data, report writing and earthworks supervision. He currently plans and directs geotechnical investigations and supervises earthworks construction within all market sectors across Western Australia. Dan is committed to providing practical solutions in a timely and efficient manner.
