Ricardo is the Branch Manager of our Darwin office and a Geotechnical Engineer, with over fourteen years of experience in geotechnical engineering, geology, data analysis and related disciplines.
Ricardo has worked on five continents, from water supply projects in Burkina Faso to safety evaluation of mines in Spain and Portugal. Ricardo moved to Australia in 2011 and has been involved in several projects throughout the country: Western Australia, Queensland, Victoria, South Australia, and Northern Territory. During this time, he has been involved in a variety of works including geological evaluation, geotechnical investigations and analysis and has held various positions from site investigation management to project management. His experience spreads across a diverse portfolio of projects including data analysis and GIS, civil infrastructure, mining, water and resources.
He graduated from the University of Salamanca, Spain, in 2009 with a Master of Engineering Science (Geological Engineering). Ricardo completed a postgraduate certificate in Applied Finance from Curtin University in 2016.
