Douglas Partners representatives attended the 2021 Client Choice Festival between 11 -13 May. The virtual event brought together industry experts and professional firms to share and collaborate on the future of professional services.
Our team were fortunate to hear from over 30 panellists and speakers from a wide range of industries as they discuss the challenges that affect professional services firms. Through the collaborative discussions that took place, the convergence of ideas and strategies emerged, offering attendees a springboard to consider how they create exceptional client experience, and how it can be strengthened even more.
Some memorable topics included managing digital megatrends, how to communicate in a virtual space and maximizing and sharing value with clients.
While it is hard to be certain what the future of professional services will look like, Douglas Partners is unwavering in its primary objective, to provide outstanding client service with integrity to deliver practical solutions aligned with client requirements and our values.
