At Douglas Partners, we believe in making a positive impact beyond the realms of our professional endeavours. Recently, we had the privilege of participating in Mirvac‘s Grass N Grill event, a great initiative aimed at supporting the Women’s and Girls Emergency Centre (WAGEC) in Redfern.
WAGEC is a feminist, grassroots organization dedicated to supporting women and families in crisis, advocating for social change within the community. They provide crucial aid to 200 women and children impacted by homelessness, domestic violence, and systemic disadvantage.
We have been partnering with Mirvac for several years in various land development and construction projects across NSW and Queensland. Mirvac’s generous donation of will go a long way in supporting the crucial work that WAGEC does and we were honored to contribute to this worthy cause.
Kudos to Mirvac for spearheading such a meaningful initiative! We are proud to have played a part in supporting WAGEC and will continue to seek opportunities to contribute to the betterment of our communities. For us at Douglas Partners, community engagement is not just a corporate responsibility; it’s a commitment to our core values of People and Communities.
