Some of the research featured in this publication was first shared at Douglas Partners’ annual 2024 Technical Seminar, a key event where our engineers come together to exchange insights and experiences. This seminar provides a valuable opportunity for team members to showcase their work, share ideas, and contribute to the broader pool of knowledge within the organization.

Sean Goodall and Richard Merifield, also recently earned the Best Thematic Paper Award at the International Conference on Transportation Geotechnics (ICTG) for their paper, A Case Study on Lateral Ground Movements Due to Pile Driving in Soft Clay Near an Existing Elevated Roadway”.  Their award-winning work highlights innovative insights and field observations, addressing complex geotechnical challenges.

By supporting the open exchange of knowledge, we aim to advance geotechnical engineering practices and ensure that the expertise of our team benefits not only our projects but also the wider industry.
