The Australian Tax Office (ATO) building, which is currently under construction in Gosford, is nearing completion.
Located adjacent to the picturesque waterfront, this is one of the first major buildings to be completed as part of the revitalisation of the Gosford CBD which includes other significant projects, most notably the redevelopment of the Gosford Hospital.
The ATO building will be a major employer for the Central Coast, and the Commonwealth Government is now advertising for over 600 jobs at its new waterfront branch.
Douglas Partners has been providing geotechnical, environmental and groundwater consulting services throughout the development program and are excited to see the finished product. ATO staff will start occupying the building in early December, with an official opening ceremony to be held in the new year.
