Our recent Principals meeting brought together our most senior consultants & Shared Services Leaders from across Douglas for two days of insightful discussions, practical learning, collaboration and actionable strategies.
The central them of, “Leading at the Speed of Trust,” underscored the vital role of trust in every aspect of our business; from the relationships we build with our clients and each other to the way we work together as a team.
It was a welcomed opportunity to reconnect with colleagues and exchange experiences, discuss challenges and celebrate key successes. This impactful event left us with a deeper sense of unity and a desire to embed the principles learned so trust remains at the heart of our interactions, both with clients and within our teams.
We wrapped up the event with a sailing activity on the beautiful Darling Harbour.
